Does your business have a parking lot?  Do you management a property that has a parking lot?  Do you work at a school, a church or any other establishment where people drive onto the property?  Since that pretty much covers all of us to some degree, then you need to understand the laws regarding signage and safety products on that property.  And it doesn't matter if you own the land and it is your private property; if customers or employees drive their cars there, you need to comply with the requirements of the MUTCD.  If not, you expose yourself and/or your company to legal action and lawsuits.
